**Operations Manager**:

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 Years’ Experience as OM
- Preferably worked on a B2B Account.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involved in Recruitment and selecting staff for certain accounts, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and client requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Analyze process workflow. Implement a change effectively should there be a need.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Meet or exceed operations needs and goals.
- Manage staffing on each account, ensuring there will be backup on each of the accounts in his operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to Productivity and Quality, he needs to report this immediately to his Site Manager along with his data and action plan.
- Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with Site Manager to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
