Como Recruiter de Action for Talent tendrás entre otras, las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Liderar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección que te sean asignados
- Elaborar la mejor estrategia para captar a los mejores talentos
- Llevar adelante tareas administrativas como ser la publicación de oportunidades laborales en portales y la elaboración de informes intermedios y finales para el cliente.
- Realizar el relevamiento de referencias laborales.
- Coordinar evaluaciones psicométricas.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en Reclutamiento y Selección
- Posibilidad de facturar honorarios profesionales
- Posibilidad de trabajar por proyectos.
