We are looking for a **Senior Infrastructure Engineer - DevOps / Platform / SRE** to join our company.

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and scale our global cloud infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of our platforms, enabling our teams to deliver products faster and with confidence.

A strong Platform Engineering mindset is highly valued, contributing to the design and evolution of internal developer platforms (IDPs) using tools like Ports, Backstage, or similar, to improve developer experience and accelerate delivery.
We also value an AI-First mindset: leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance automation, optimize operations, and improve both developer and business outcomes.

**What you will be doing**
- Design, build, and operate scalable and secure infrastructure solutions in the cloud.
- Deploy and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters, ensuring availability, resilience, and performance.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, embedding testing, security, and compliance.
- Establish observability standards and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
- Drive cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the design and adoption of internal developer platforms, enabling self-service and consistent workflows.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience, ideally AWS (EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).
- 4+ years of proven experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem (Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, service mesh, policy engines).
- Strong background in CI/CD and automation, with experience in tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred; Pulumi, Crossplane, or Ansible a plus).
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, Loki, Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, disaster recovery, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of FinOps practices to manage and optimize costs at scale.
- Strong collaboration skills and a mindset oriented towards Platform Engineering and developer experience.

**Nice to Have**:

- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure (Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Cilium).
- Experience with secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, SNS).
- Knowledge of SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, chaos engineering).
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or AWS Solution Architect certifications will be highly valued.
