**Product Owner - LATAM**

**Summary**:
Own the creation of the winning vision and a successful whole offering localization strategy for NetSuite's product in LATAM, taking into account LATAM's complex statutory, tax and reporting landscape, in the context of our Act Global, Be Local product vision. Identify LATAM product gaps, create feature backlogs, identify and collaborate with Product Manager as part of the whole offering and prioritize product investments by making smart, decisive trade-offs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.

**Responsibilities**:

- English and Spanish professional working level fluency is required. This position requires communicating with International teams on a regular basis, as well as creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with LATAM Localization (e.g. Reporting Requirements, Tax Files, Electronic Invoicing) is required.
- Experience in a Product Manager and/or Product Owner capacity performing customer visits, defining and prioritizing requirements, leveraging Design Thinking, and/or Agile/SCRUM methods is a plus
- Familiarity with NetSuite and/or other Cloud ERP systems is a plus
- Deeply understand the operational, statutory and compliance needs of businesses in LATAM and support Product Manager in creating the product and market-facing strategy to win against domestic competitors in market
- Be a hands-on product leader and self-starter who owns and executes part of the regional localization plan
- Collaborate closely with Development, Quality Assurance, Experience Design, and Technical Writing teams to deliver delightful products to our LATAM customers
- Work extensively with local teams to help execute on the rapid expansion plans in market
- Collaborate with NetSuite executive management to get input and achieve alignment on the vision and roadmap
- Be a thought leader within and beyond NetSuite on the role of Cloud-based Business Management systems in transforming business operations
- Work closely with the LATAM Product team in helping shape and define the broader product goals and strategy for the LATAM market, a key area of expansion for Oracle NetSuite

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
