Description: Dispositions Assistant position involves the sale of properties that our company puts under contract.

Pay: $5 per hour to start with closed property bonuses. Wages may increase after production milestones are met, or your per closing bonuses may be increased.

Goals: To secure new buyers for the buyer’s list, to market properties that are in the company’s inventory to prospective buyers, generating massive interest in all our properties through sales calls, to manage database of buyers and assist with transaction coordination from contract signing to closing.

**Duties**:
Ordering Photo service, managing photo files
Create and distribute marketing materials for properties under contract.
Management of company files and databases
Marketing for new buyers, addition of minimum of 25 - 50 new buyers in each market weekly minimum
Creation of buyer contracts with docusign signatures
Assisting the Transaction coordination team as needed.
Posting properties to craigslist, reia sites, Investorlift, bigger pockets, connected investor.
Reporting of stats: number of buyers added, contracts signed by buyers, YTD total buyers on list for each area.
Scheduling of walk-through appointments
Social messaging responses
Assisting the manager with other tasks as requested
Creation of information packet to be sent with marketing
Calling buyer prospects to add to our list
Text message campaigns to buyers
Innovation with buyer sourcing, locating the newest and best areas for buyer list creation.
Pulling lists of cash buyers for each property under contract and adding to buyer list
Any other dispositions tasks requested
