We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Reporting and Dashboards_
- Create and maintain executive reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools
- Develop reconciliation reports and key business metrics
- Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Data Analysis_
- Collect, organize, and analyze medium to large datasets
- Identify trends and patterns to guide strategic decisions
- Interpret results and present actionable insights to business teams
- Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements
- Data Management_
- Perform basic to intermediate ETL processes for data preparation
- Maintain data quality and integrity
- Integrate data from multiple sources and systems
- Document processes and data limitations
- Automation_
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports
- Implement improvements in data extraction and analysis processes
- Support optimization of existing workflows

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate/Advanced SQL
- Proven experience with dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting
- Nice to have_
- Python or R for advanced analysis
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms
