Senior Full-Stack Developer

We’re currently supporting over 100 active customers and are rapidly expanding to 1000+ within the next year. To support this growth, we’re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking **Senior Full Stack Developer / AI Expert** who can help us push the boundaries of both what we offer now—and what we’ll deliver next. **The Role**: Our standard work week runs **Monday to Friday**. We operate on two shifts to support global collaboration: - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central European Time) - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) - Your assigned shift will depend on your team and business coverage requirements._ This is a remote contractor role, offering a high level of autonomy, influence, and the chance to shape the future of how we deliver digital development at scale. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build high-performance websites using Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify. - Lead the development of custom themes, plugins, and third-party integrations. - Take ownership of complex front-end and back-end architecture decisions. - Contribute to (and later lead) mobile app and software development projects as we grow. - Utilize AI tools to streamline development, testing, and documentation workflows. - Mentor mid-level developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. - Write clean, scalable, secure code with strong documentation and testing practices. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers across time zones. **Must-Haves**: - 5+ years of professional full stack development experience. - Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow. - Advanced knowledge of custom development in Shopify (Liquid, CLI) and WordPress (PHP, plugin/API development). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows. - Proven experience using AI tools to enhance code quality, reduce time to delivery, and automate repetitive tasks. - Strong English communication skills and ability to lead in a remote-first environment. - Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and passion for staying ahead of tech trends. **Bonus Points**: - Experience developing and deploying mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, or similar). - Previous work with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures. - Knowledge of backend frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, etc.). - Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase) or DevOps practices. - Agency or fast-paced startup experience. **Why You'll Love Working Here**: - ** Learning and Growth Opportunities**: You’ll have the chance to participate in mentorship programs, cross-functional training, and leadership development, ensuring you’re always advancing in your skill set and career path. - ** Fully Remote Work**: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
