Internship Program Dates: July 8th - November 22nd
Eligibility: You must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on site 3 days per week at our Montevideo (LATU) office. This is a part-time role Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

About the Quality Assurance and Software Engineering Track:
UKG is looking for Quality Assurance and Software Engineering interns to join our Techstar program As an intern within our (Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud) organization, you will be challenged, supported, celebrated, and inspired to reach your full potential. We consider EPIC interns to be core members of the team like any other full-time employee. This means you will contribute directly to the goals of our different product teams and help innovate and evolve our processes and product portfolio to meet our customers ever-changing needs.
In this internship, you will:

- Gain practical, real-world software development experience that will impact our 70,000+ global customers
- Develop, test, and deploy coding solutions for UKG products
- Participate in Agile environment
- Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and solve challenging technical problems
- Receive daily mentoring from a technical mentor

**Qualifications**:

- English language proficiency (B1 or above)
- High school completed and currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related technical discipline
- Basic understanding of testing types, levels, and techniques; Knowledge of writing functional test cases; Exposure to testing tools and test management (e.g., Jira, Git); Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, C#)
- Team player mentality with a continuous desire to learn and improve
- Strong communicator with awesome problem-solving skills
