**What you'll do**:
Responsible for resolution of support incidents.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Managing issues and requests logged through JIRA
- Second and third level support
- Support other engineers on the team with guidance, experience, oversight, advice, and reviews.
- Working in Shifts + On call support required
- Providing support on Web Applications
- Hands on Troubleshooting
- Work closely with Customers and Engineering to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
**What qualifications will you need to be successful?**:
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Java
- Web
- Jira
- Confluence
- WildFly
- SDLC
- Previous experience on the payment industry will be highly valued
**Skills/Abilities**:
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles Años de experiência en el rol: 3-4.
- English (valuable)
- Portuguese (valuable)
- Proactive
- Team player
- Engineering-related studies will be valuable
