**General Objectives**

Kalexius is seeking to hire a team of lawyers to join their Corporate Secretarial Team. In this role, the person will be responsible to manage legal entities for Clients, ensuring that they remain in good standing at all times.

**Main Tasks and **responsibilities**
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with all relevant corporate requirements, including annual reporting and filing obligations of legal entities, across multiple jurisdictions;
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, relevant stakeholders and local partners to ensure timely completion of tasks;
- Prepare, draft and coordinate filing of legal documentation;
- Maintain accurate and up-to date records of all legal entities, including by updating the clients legal entity management database.

**Studies - Qualifications**

Law Degree

**Languages**

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional language skills would be a plus.

**IT Skills**

IT literate. At ease using Office suite, Sharepoint and web-based tools.

**Experience**

Entry level or 2-3 years of professional experience.

**Other**
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Excellent attention to details and ability to maintain accurate records;
- Interest in working in an international environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
