PlotPath Finance, LLC is a Texas-based company that provides finance and accounting services to businesses in the United States. PlotPath has had a presence in Uruguay for the last 7 years. We are hiring a new employee to join our administrative team in Punta del Este and execute sales support, admin, and basic accounting tasks.

Our approach is cloud-based and data-driven, meaning you'll be using the latest software, technology and tools. You'll work directly with our team in the US and a bilingual team in Uruguay. You'll work from the office in Punta del Este, full-time, Monday through Friday. You will have some flexibility to set your own work hours during the day and week.

**To be successful in this role**:
\- You will most likely have completed a carrera related to business administration, accounting, finance, economics, marketing, etc. or working towards its completion. However, it is a requirement to have at least some working experience in an administrative or sales position, 1 year minimum, 3 to 5 years preferred.

\- You must live in the Maldonado area, or be willing to relocate there, in order to commute to the Punta del Este office Monday through Friday. You may eventually have some flexibility to work remotely, but for the most part, and especially initially, all work will be done from the office.

\- You need to be able to work independently, i.e. set tasks and complete them without constant oversight. After initial training, much of the work will be independent - you need to be motivated and results-oriented.

\- You should love technology and data - we work in the cloud and you need to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
