In our Montevideo office we are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Global Business Analytics and Platforms team. S/he will report to the Business Applications Manager, currently based in El Paso, Texas, USA. The primary function of the role is to analyze the company processes, design and implement the processes in Salesforce, and provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.

Summary:
Work collaboratively with our Business Applications and Sales Operations teams, and Business Stakeholders to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes by effectively leveraging the functionality and capabilities of Salesforce.
Ensuring secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development.
Driving and supporting the process for source code management.
Contributing to integration, systems, and performance testing and tuning of code.
Defining and promoting opportunities for re-usability of code, configurations, procedures, and techniques.

**Required Skills**:
2+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, Aura, and LWC development
Experience designing and building process flows.
Should have experience in integration (REST API), Configuration, and Web Services
Understanding of Data Migration. Should have experience in using data loader
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development tools using Agile framework and methodologies (Jira/Confluence, Visual Studio, etc).
Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English are a must.
A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time.
The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.

Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I
Competency in other languages / development (XML, Flex, JavaScript,.NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services
