**Main Purpose:**:Provides strategic and hands-on support in all HR processes, making sure that all the HR activities are carried out in an efficient way, contributing to the work environment and to the correct use of the budget, according to the legal regulations in force and the policies established by the company. To support the effective delivery of the day to day HR requirements of the operation by providing good administrative support.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:**:_Knowledge and Skills:
- University degree or advanced student in Human Resources Management, Accounting or Business Administration
- 2 years’ experience working in an HR department. Multinational experience is a Plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Very high attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent collaboration, communication and team work
- Strong process orientation, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in US or Canada Payroll is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills, familiarity with HRIS and Payroll processing systems
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi
- monthly payrolls in compliance to local regulations,.
- Maintains accurate employee information in the relevant HR/payroll systems and databases.
- Makes sure all information is correctly captured accurately and on time for each payroll run and follows up on approvals and trains users
- Maintaining the Payroll account and assisting Payroll Accounting Team in reconcilations.
- Pension and benefits payments
- Comply with internal and external Audit requirements.
- Provides support through data analysis, generation of reports
- Payroll General Ledgers control.
- Responds in a timely and knowledgeable manner to employees’ queries on payroll, benefits and taxation, policies and employee relations
- Performs other HR related tasks
