- Communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with the rest of the team and with client staff.
- Participates in the review of the work done by development team members.
- Learns and applies new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project.
- Participates in internal and external tech communities, events.
- Shares experience and knowledge gained from projects.
- Develop software by following the Agile software development methodology.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Mandatory skills:

- At least 4 years of experience programming with Java 8 or higher. Good understanding of Core Java.
- Familiar with common design patterns and principles (ex: SOLID, GRASP, etc.)
- Experience with at least one version control (ex: Git, SVN, etc.)
- Experience with relational or no relational databases (ex: SQL server/oracle/mysql/postgresql, etc.)
- Familiar with unit test and mocking frameworks Nice to have:

- Experience with Spring
- Web Technologies (ex: RESTful Services)
