Perini Management Services, Inc. is looking to fill the position of onsite Secure Storage Area (SSA) Manager to handle daily operations of the secure storage area and warehouse including material receiving, off-loading, inventory control, staging and delivery at the construction site.
**RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Control and manage material and equipment inventory at the project site.
- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations at the secure storage area.
- Coordinate delivery of shipping containers holding construction materials and equipment.
- Receive and unload shipping containers and handle materials into the storage area and warehouse.
- Inspect condition of materials and equipment received and provide reports to procurement office.
- Plan and organize materials at proper locations in the yard and warehouse.
- Create, plan and implement inventory controls.
- Generate and update inventory reports for procurement office and site superintendents.
- Handle and stage materials to ensure daily efficient material delivery at the construction site.
- Implement the company safety plan and enforce company polices for warehouse operations.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction warehouse management and material control in a facility requiring a secret or top secret clearance
- Must currently hold a DISCO security clearance at minimum Secret Level
- Strong organizational skills and ability to utilize computer tools to manage and control inventory
- OSHA safety training
- Fluency in Spanish a plus-
