We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Finance Manager for a company that is starting to operate in Uruguay. Will liaise with the CEO and shareholders as appropriate in terms of developing the Group's strategy and operations.

Responsibilities will include
- Manage and coordinate all documentation related to each specific trade finance loan & transaction
- Follow up collection and payments. Ensuring timely processing and reviewing of product payments as well as possible invoice discounts
- Ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of trade finance transactions (including performing all relevant controls) within own area of responsibility
- Overview of compliance and risk mitigation procedures
- Perform trade investment analysis of the customer and brand, isolating current activities, potential risks, and upsides to published expectations
- Produce reports and make presentations for investors and shareholders
- Receiving enquiries external parties (investors, suppliers and customers), taking responsibility for responding and/or arranging am appropriate hand over to the operational unit, ensuring follow ups where necessary

**Requisitos**:

- Minimum an undergraduate degree with a focus on either Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience from (l) commmercial banking, (ll) corporate finance and/or Trade Finance experience in the corporate sphere.
- Experience reading and analyzing corporate financial statements incl. P&L, B/S and Cash Flow statements.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- We value experience in Agriculture market.
