**What's the opportunity?**
As our SEC Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for the consolidated financial statements and SEC forms (annual and quarterly reports) in a fast-paced payments fintech.
**What will you be doing?**:
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, accounting policies and procedures, and other material as required by the SEC Financial Reporting on issues of significance relating to financial accounting and reporting.
- Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and SEC filings (6K and 20F).
- Review of the information provided by accounting.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical memorandum (Functional currency, Leases, New subsidiaries, Related Parties, Intangible assets).
- Ensuring the external audit requirements are compliant with the company's forms.
**What skills do you need?**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- Experience in Big Four or similar firms as part of the Audit field.
- Experience in publicly traded companies (SEC Regulations) is desired.
- IFRS knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
