We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Modelit

**Requirements**:
3+ years of professional experience as a Business Development Representative
Proficiency in using various business development tools, software, and technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
Experience in inbound and outbound leads generation
Experience working in a B2B environment
Previous experience working with the US market
Previous experience working for the IT industry
Capability of understanding customer requirements, necessities and queries
Excellent conversational English and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders and team members

**Responsibilities**:
Work collaboratively to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the creation of campaigns to attract new prospects
Generate new business with prospects providing an outstanding customer experience
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success
Complete detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
Analyze market trends, customer data, and industry insights to make informed business decisions
Deliver 45 call attempts a day to customers and potential prospects
Meet or exceed strategic goals and committed targets by engaging with qualified leads and create meaningful interactions
Use a consultative approach to create qualify opportunities and pipeline by understanding business challenges and challenges
Complete detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
