**What you will be doing?**
- Contributes to the integrity and control of company’s financial books and records as well as the process by which these records are generated.
- Participates in efforts to embed consistent controls and unify various controller functions performed across businesses including; assessing & standardizing financial reporting; setting controls around corporate/regulatory reporting; recommend balance sheet integrity.
- Responsible for strengthening the independent controls and the control environment throughout the company to support the business in efforts to grow responsibly.
- Develops and manages the financial control function and is responsible for the external statutory audit, if applicable.
- May partner strategically with the CFO.
- Responsible for both internal and external Local financial and regulatory reporting.
- Participates in short-term planning resource planning.
- Applies broad financial theory and in-depth understanding of country standards that impact new developments.
- Manages volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Management and negociation with financial entities.
- Fosters a new company culture where all expenses and inventory purchases are driven by the Business Plan & Cash Flow
- Monitor business performance metrics, especially OTB, OTP, Cash Burn, Net Cash Flow, and Free Cash Flow, to minimize deviations from Actual vs Forecasts.
- Ensure time and quality of the Cash Flow and other reporting used to support decision making.
- Lead squads, and tribes with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure Finance and Company goals related to Cash Flow are accomplished.
- Implement best practices and improve automation of key processes within Finance, work with key stakeholders in instituting process improvements.
- Improve and innovate cash management including its cash & liquidity forecasts (daily, monthly, and annual).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics. MBA or Master in Finance is a plus.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in management positions.
- 6 years of experience in Retail. The eCommerce experience is desirable.
- Strong experience handling OTB, OTP, Cash Burn, Net Cash Flow, and Free Cash Flow as main KPIs
- Strong knowledge in founding, cash flow, and handling accounts payable, and receivable as the ultimate owner
- Advanced Excel user.
- Advance English level is a must.
- Intermediate Spanish (nice to have).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience conducting reporting to investors or regional teams is mandatory
- Customer-oriented
