**We are looking for**:
A creative and innovative person responsible to ensure the agency provides on-time and on-budget campaigns that complies with the client’s satisfaction standards, always providing high quality deliverables.
A person that desires to thrive professionally, and who seeks to take pride in his/her personal work, and that of the whole electric team.
**You must be able to**:
- Lead an interactive team (designers and copywriters) through every stage of a banner campaign
- Manage tight production schedules by:
- Proofing information and content
- Efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables
- Setting up and tracking tasks in any project management tool or with the development team
- Support client account management, if required
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Simultaneously manage workflow for several projects with a variety of timelines and multiple stakeholders (including vendors)
- Monitor creative KPIs and work closely with senior team members to help improve the team’s methods and processes
- Be available for support tasks delegated by the Head of Project Management such as: estimation and scoping for prospecting purposes
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables prepared by the team before handing them off to clients
- Always maintain the high standard quality that is key to our company
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
**Required skills**:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- At least 2 years’ experience with digital production in a digital creative agency or environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Competent in the use of G Suite products and project management tools
- Highly organized
- Experience in digital advertising (display & video), campaign analytics and project management.
- Excellent common sense
- High level of aesthetic detail
- Experience in projects involving internal teams and external vendors
- Proactive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to contribute to a successful project
- Curious and up-to-date with the creative / digital & media industry
