**The role we are offering you**:
The Flight Services Infrastructure Team is looking for a Senior Cloud and Devops Engineer to join our service operations team and support our continued stability. The main role consists on developing and implementing end to end automation for various poducts and platforms. Are you ready to:

- Automate IaC deployments to support our products and infrastructure.
- Creation and modification of CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement, maintain, monitor, and support the IT infrastructure.
- Improve reliability and resilliency of our AWS infrastructure.
- Adopt cloud technologies to improve current functionality and design new and scalable solutions.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD).
- Effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Culture awareness and diverse minded.
- Effective time management skills; able to set prioritized and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Advanced oral and written communication level in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Sense of urgency.
- Ability to report and work accurately and according to agreed timelines.

**In addition to technical requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of the AWS Cloud (certified AWS Solutions Acrhitect is preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Azure pipelines, Terraform and AWS cloud formation.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible and Rundeck preferred).
- Experience with containers and orchestration engines.
- Experience with Hashicorp Vault is a plus.
- Familiar with database engines and technologies (Relational, MultiValue, etc.)
- General understanding of SDLC, patching, releases and software development at scale, Continuous Integration, and Delivery approaches.
- Basic understanding of networking, replication principles, and multi-datacenter operations.
- Good understanding of ITSM process, ITIL practices & other standard IT practices/procedures, particularly as they relate to the cloud.
- Experience with change management processes and tools (ServiceNow preferred).
