**We are looking for**:
Doctor of Pharmacy or Medical Doctor with a background in biotechnological/medical science Hold a master’s (e.g. biology) or bachelor’s degree (e.g. nursing) with substantial experience in apheresis, blood product management, blood transfusion or cell-based therapy

Working experience (at least 5 years) in similar roles is required.

Experience with laboratory and clinical methods in hematology/blood banking/transfusion medicine is an asset.

Written and oral fluency in English.

**Responsibilities include**:
Acting as a medical and scientific expert engaged in driving key initiatives in medical education, scientific support, and research between Terumo BCT and the health care professionals’ community.

The MSL will be a business partner to engage in identifying unmet medical needs, especially those related to apheresis.

The MSL will act both internally and externally to develop therapy adoption programs together with LATAM thought leaders and prescribers.

Moreover, the MSL assists the TBCT organization in defining business directions and new therapeutic areas. The MSL may be called on to support, participate and/or drive special projects, such as clinical trials, internal and external education, publication planning and execution, and medical congresses.

The MSL will respond to medical, scientific & clinical information requests with regard to high-level troubleshooting and procedure optimization.
