Implement the product suite through onboarding new customers and new use cases from existing customers. of existing customers
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the onboarding and ongoing phases.
- Manage customer implementations, i.e. map, track, analyze and visualize data
- Use your advanced Excel capabilities to deliver value to our customers
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap.
- Distill customer data into concise insights and business KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- 6mo - 2+yrs years in data or finance analytics roles, be able to take complex analytical complex analytics and explain them to clients
- In-depth knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot, Table and complex models)
- Data enthusiast with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- BS/BA required, preferably in a field relevant to analytics (statistics, industrial engineering, information systems, finance, business, math, etc).

Pay: $U1.00 - $U100.00 per hour
