We’re looking for an experienced Growth Manager to join our team
As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the company. You will work with sales & marketing teams to develop strategies that will help the Modelit’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, activation & retention, revenue and referral programs.
Our Growth Manager position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.
You may also be tasked with developing new program or services, identifying potential customers and partners, and other tasks related to expanding the business.
**Responsibilities**:
Work with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.
Create and execute a growth plan.
Create and implement marketing & sales strategies and campaigns that target specific customer segments or geographic regions.
Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
Create reports on key metrics to determine the company’s progress in meeting its goals.
Identify new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets.
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our services.
Develop strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service.
Create and maintain a list of target clients for new products or services.
Conduct research about competitors in order to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Growth Manager.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM & related clouds.
Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
Ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.
Knowing how to translate data into insight.
Experience in leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve a shared objective.
Comfortable experimenting with new ideas and using results to draw actionable conclusions.
Has a background in online and offline marketing, statistics, and funnel building.
**Self-starter**: has demonstrated an ability to make initiatives and see them to the end without supervision.
Experience in project and product development.
Desired experience
