**Responsabilidades**:
1. Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para comprender las necesidades de personal y desarrollar estrategias de contratación efectivas.

3. Utilice varios métodos de reclutamiento, incluidas las bolsas de trabajo en línea, las redes sociales y otros.

5. Realizar verificaciones de referencias y negociar ofertas de empleo.

6. Manténgase actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las condiciones del mercado para informar las estrategias de reclutamiento.

**Calificaciones**:
1. Experiência comprobada como reclutador de TI

2. Conocimiento profundo de los roles, tecnologías y tendencias de la industria de TI.

3. Fuertes habilidades para establecer contactos y establecer relaciones.

4. Excelentes habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.

5. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa en un entorno de equipo.

**Requisitos**:
1. Capacidad para hablar, leer y escribir en inglés.

2. 2 años de experiência previa en reclutamiento de TI.
- El rango salarial va a ser basado en experiência y rendimiento.

Pay: $U27,368.00 - $U58,646.00 per month
