Job Description The Senior Audiovisual Producer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of audiovisual and animation projects, ensuring high-quality execution and seamless delivery across multidisciplinary teams. Main Responsibilities: · Team leadership and coordination: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of 2D/3D artists, motion designers, animators, and technical specialists. Foster collaboration, clarity, and high-performance execution. · Project management: Oversee full project lifecyclesplanning, budgeting, scheduling, prioritization, and risk management. Ensure efficient workflows across creative and technical stages. · Client management: Build strong relationships with U.S.-based clients, understanding their needs, providing guidance, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. · Production oversight: Supervise daily operations, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and project scopes. · Cross-industry adaptation: Candidates with PM experience in software factories or digital product environments are encouraged to apply, provided they can adapt their project leadership skills to audiovisual and animation workflows.
