Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Deploy PGCS best practices and other World Class maintenance excellence techniques and continuous improvement initiatives. Set in place SC Maintenance Strategy agenda, providing executional support with the maintenance improvement action plan.
- Deploy plans through a robust 'Reliability' function, to move R&M spends from 'break-down' to 'preventive' to 'predictive', positively impacting asset reliability with optimum costs.
- Define and standardize preventive annual maintenance plan needed to guarantee planned work compliance, technical availability, safety and quality standards through RCM methodology (Reliability Centered in Maintenance)
- Manage the Spare Parts Inventory following the two critical work streams: Add hoc stock addition and stock addition driven from new equipment. This to ensure maximum efficiency and synergy in spare parts, whilst meeting operational and financial requirements
Your Impact
- Monitoring and scheduling PM activities for all plant machinery.
- Validation & continus improvement of the master PM program
- Backlog Management monitor and re-schedules work order.
- Generate the PM activities report and submitted to Maintenance manager.
- Plant machinery updating in CMMS SAP PM
- Strive to achieve an optimal level of reliability and integrity of the assets, complying with the corporate requirements in terms of process and cost.
- Manage stock levels of spare parts and supplies to achieve an optimum level as well as the adequate MRP programming.
- Supervise the Spare parts Warehouse sector, prioritizing requirements and workflows.
- Manage and update the technical information of associated equipment and spare parts (BOM) in the Maintenance Management System
- Manage all the physical and digital technical documentation regarding the installed equipment.
• Generate information for the master plan to update plant machinery.
• Report problems related with Quality, Food Defense & Food Safety System Management
- Ensure compliance with HSE Local and Corporate regulations. Monitor compliance to EHS regulations, including the staff under his charge.
- Immediate Report of injuries, incident or accidents to direct supervisor to enable the communication process required in the legal framework and internal protocol.
- Implement operational and administrative controls to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses and environmental impacts.
