We are looking for a Software Developer to join our company.

What you will be doing

Your primary focus will be on automation, continuous improvement, and the technological support of internal tools.

  • Identify, design, and develop automation solutions for Risk & Compliance processes.
  • Actively propose new solutions and explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other technologies to take back-office efficiency to a new level.
  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of microservices under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Write clean and maintainable code, focused on functional back-office applications.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, system administrators, and Risk & Compliance stakeholders to integrate new features.
  • Contribute to building reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Participate in gathering and documenting technical and design requirements.
  • Stay curious and keep learning about emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Backend Java Developer.
  • Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Framework
  • Experience in automation tools such as n8n, Make, Tines or similar.
  • Understanding of relational databases (MySQL is a plus).
  • Familiarity with AWS services (SQS, SNS, S3, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exposure to microservices concepts and tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Interest in fintech or payment-related projects is a plus.
  • Intermediate English skills.
