Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Business Development Lead - B2B a liderar el desarrollo comercial de la empresa, combinando estrategia y ejecución. Su rol será diseñar y llevar adelante el plan comercial, impulsar la venta de servicios business corporativos, abrir mercado, generar nuevas oportunidades y desarrollar cuentas estratégicas. Trabajará con visión integral, analizando tendencias, identificando oportunidades, negociando con decisores empresariales, armando propuestas de valor, ejecutando y acompañando el proceso de ventas hasta el cierre. Además se encargará del análisis del funnesl, generando reportes, midiendo KPIs y proponiendo mejoras. Tendrá el Sales Executive a cargo, trabajando en conjunto con el área de Marketing y reportando a Dirección

La actividad se desarrollará de lunes a viernes, modalidad híbrida en Montevideo.

Requisitos:

  • Profesionales en Comunicación, Marketing, Administración o similar.

  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).

  • Experiencia liderando el desarrollo de negocios (Business Development) y/o venta en servicios profesionales B2B.

  • Experiencia en negociación con decisiones senior: directores, CEOs, gerentes.

  • Dominio de herramientas comerciales: CRM ( ideal HubsPot) , Linkedin Sales Navigator y de análisis y métricas.
