We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you

What you will be doing

  • Support the execution of operational growth projects, including market expansions, new country enablement, and licensing processes, ensuring efficient and structured implementation.
  • Map, document, and improve operational workflows to scale processes and ensure consistency across different markets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Legal, Product, Finance, Risk) to coordinate operational and regulatory requirements for each country.
  • Collect, analyze, and report operational data, identifying insights and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Assist in coordinating with local partners, vendors, and service providers, following up on requirements, documentation, and performance.
  • Prepare project documentation, timelines, and status reports to ensure visibility and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational readiness for market launch or scaling, ensuring all necessary conditions are met.
  • Identify process gaps and risks, collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate them.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of tools that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Business Operations, Payments Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and propose improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Basic understanding of operational processes, ideally within fintech, payments, financial services, or multinational environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in expansion, licensing processes, operational compliance, or project coordination is a plus (not mandatory).
