We are looking for a highly experienced manager that can help us to work better and reach more people needing awakening and healing. Someone looking to use his skills in management to continue expanding the meaningful mission of our school under the direct guidance of the founder of the school. The right candidate should feel comfortable performing tasks related to team building, resource management, quality assurance, tracking key performance indicators, profitability analysis, budgeting, and research among others.
To feel comfortable in this position, it is recommended to have a background in areas such as accounting, administration, finance, engineering, or a related field, along with excellent proficiency in English. We are looking for professionals with previous experience as Operations, General or Project Managers.
To fulfill this role, you will need to relocate to Thailand where the center operates. It can be an excellent opportunity to access a significant life change whilst offering your education and experience to help promote the meaningful mission of the school.
Challenges and objectives of the position: Your main challenge will be to manage an international team of people from many backgrounds and different life goals and make them work together as a team to create a harmonious environment and achieve the organization's goals.
