Brindará soporte técnico de primer nivel, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas y equipos tecnológicos, y asistiendo a los usuarios internos tanto de forma presencial en oficina como remota a tiendas.

¿Cuáles son sus principales tareas a desarrollar?

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios internos, tanto presencial como remoto.
  • Asegurar la correcta instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de software y equipos informáticos.
  • Diagnosticar, resolver y dar seguimiento a incidentes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los SLA establecidos.
  • Administrar usuarios, accesos y permisos a los sistemas de la organización.
  • Documentar procedimientos, soluciones técnicas y buenas prácticas.
  • Participar y colaborar en proyectos internos del área de TI.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

  • Estudiante avanzado o Egresado de UTU Bachillerato Tecnológico, y/o de carreras en el área de Tecnologías de la Información o afines.
  • Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y Windows Server.
  • Experiencia en reparación y mantenimiento de hardware de equipos Desktop y Notebook.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • 1 año de experiencia en roles similares.
