Artwork Sr. Coordinator

** Temporary contract until February 2027**

Your role

The objective will be to coordinate pharmaceutical packaging artwork development and modifications E2E process at a global level from the development, final approval to the distribution, ensuring the completion of projects within the stipulated timeframe.

Key responsibilities will include serving as the point of contact for the Regulatory affairs team in each country or region, the design team, and global packaging sites, including third-party contract manufacturers when applicable, providing necessary support to each of them.

Who you are

• Professionals in Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, Engineering, or related fields to join our international company.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal communication) is required
• Excellent project management skills, with 2 to 3 years of experience in process coordination
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for using IT tools.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, organization and planning skills, customer orientation, and a results-driven approach through processes, data management and analysis capabilities in an international environment.
