As a Digital Marketing specialist, you'll help build SunnyData's digital presence and drive demand generation as we scale our brand and business, going from a startup to an established player in the Databricks sector.

The Impact You'll Have

  • Implement SEO strategies (traditional + AI search optimization) to increase web traffic increase and generate qualified inbound leads from our website/content.
  • Manage our LinkedIn and Medium presence to establish thought leadership across Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing verticals.
  • Manage and maintain the SunnyData website.
  • Optimize digital channels to drive 250+ qualified candidate applications annually through improved employer branding and career site experience.
  • Partner with AEs and leadership to ensure our digital presence supports deal velocity and reflects our verticalized expertise
  • Implement robust analytics (GA4, tracking pixels, conversion optimization) to prove ROI and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Translate our technical depth into compelling digital narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers seeking Databricks modernization partners
  • Support our website and brand design initiatives.

What We Look For

  • 2-4 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise software.
  • Proven SEO/SEM/ AI SEO expertise with demonstrated results driving organic traffic growth and lead generation.
  • Website management experience with modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar), including leading redesign projects.
  • Analytics proficiency: Strong knowledge of GA4, tracking implementation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Social media management experience, especially building B2B audiences on LinkedIn.
  • Email marketing expertise with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Project management skills: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives (website redesign, agency partnerships) while juggling day-to-day execution.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and driving initiatives from strategy through execution.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data/analytics technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, modern data stack), understanding of AI-powered search optimization (GEO-SEO), or familiarity with enterprise ABM tactics.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
