Descripción del puesto

Las principales responsabilidades del puesto son:

  • Negociar con compradores de supermercados y grandes superficies.
  • Gestionar pedidos y garantizar el correcto abastecimiento en cada punto de venta.
  • Coordinar y supervisar promociones, exhibiciones y activaciones de marca en las cadenas asignadas.
  • Monitorear inventarios, precios y acciones de la competencia dentro de los supermercados.
  • Visitar sucursales de las cadenas para verificar el cumplimiento de acuerdos comerciales y de exhibición.
  • Desarrollar estrategias que permitan incrementar la participación y las ventas en el canal moderno.
  • Elaborar reportes de ventas, proyecciones e indicadores de gestión.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de trade marketing y logística para asegurar una correcta ejecución en los puntos de venta.


Requisitos
  • Profesional de Administración, Marketing o carreras afines (deseable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de ventas y/o análisis comercial dentro de empresas de retail o supermercados.
  • Conocimiento del canal moderno y de cadenas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de grandes superficies.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y realizar visitas a cadenas y clientes.
  • Libreta de conducir vigente.
