At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Uruguay, we are looking for a Salesforce QA (Automation) to join our team supporting one of our global customers. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
Test case development: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
Test execution: Perform manual and automated testing, including regression testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing of integrations with other systems.
Defect management: Identify, document, and report defects to the development team, and re-test after fixes are implemented.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality standards are met.
UAT support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate that the solution meets business requirements from an end-user perspective.
Process improvement: Contribute to improving the overall quality of Salesforce solutions and processes.
Data verification: Verify the integrity of data during migration and integration processes.
Qualifications
The Salesforce QA requires understanding of the Salesforce Platform, preferably with experience in the banking domain.
They need to have experience utilizing Salesforce at a minimum at a user level, needs to familiar with utilizing SOQL to accelerate testing.
Familiarity with Salesforce Inspector is preferred.
Additionally, the Salesforce QA should have very good responsiveness and experience managing communication with the development team for an agile and continuous operation
Experience in quality assurance, with strong knowledge of Salesforce testing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service architecture, data model, and security model.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
Registry will be valued according to law 19691 art 8.
