¿Qué buscamos? Profesionales analíticos y metódicos con recorrido comprobable en soporte de sistemas y contenedores, ya sea en telecom o tecnologías afines. Orientado a la resolución de los diferentes problemas que puedan aparecer dentro del área soporte post venta.

Requisitos:

  • Ingenieros Eléctricos, en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o similar (o próximo a recibirse).

  • Experiencia previa mínima de 3 años en soporte dentro del rubro Telecomunicaciones y/o Utilities

  • Experiencia en implementación de proyectos/soluciones tecnológicas integrales.

  • Experiencia en entornos Linux

  • Conocimientos sólidos en redes de datos (IP, routing, switching, troubleshooting)

  • Conocimientos básicos de programación (scripting, automatización o troubleshooting)

  • Capacidad para interactuar con clientes técnicos y no técnicos, resolviendo incidentes y problemas operativos

Valoramos:

  • Valoramos conocimientos en plataformas de video, incluyendo: Sistemas de transcoding, Origin Servers y CDN

  • Experiencia como Administrador de bases de datos (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL u otras)

  • Conocimiento en Networking, redes de datos y sistemas de comunicación

  • Conocimiento en Sistemas de virtualización (VMWare, RedHat)

  • Inglés intermedio

Áreas de responsabilidad:

  • Liderar, colaborar y ejecutar proyectos de complejidad media y alta.

  • Participación en la implementación de nuevos proyectos de acuerdo con las necesidades de la división

  • Instalación y configuración de los distintos productos y servicios asociados en el rubro telecomunicaciones

  • Seguimiento y resolución de casos de soporte reportados por el cliente (fallas, eventos o consultas).

  • Participación en la realización de la documentación de los nuevos proyectos en los que se involucra.

  • Investiga en profundidad e integra distintas tecnologías según las necesidades y estrategia de la División.

  • Dicta y prepara cursos de distintas tecnologías para clientes internos y externos. Es referente técnico dentro de su equipo.

  • Asesora al área de Preventa
