Compensation:
Base: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month

Our client is a rapidly expanding real estate investment and brokerage group specializing in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) properties across the U.S. They connect landowners with qualified buyers and investors eager to acquire high-value industrial land.
We are seeking a Business Development Representative who is confident on the phone, thrives in outbound outreach, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.
Role SummaryThis position is heavily focused on high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to identify sale opportunities from U.S. landowners. You will be responsible for initiating first contact, educating owners on market demand, qualifying leads, and passing viable opportunities to our acquisitions team.
Success in this role requires persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert cold leads into qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to industrial landowners across the U.S. (primary channel)
Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone & email
Educate owners about IOS market demand and potential sale opportunities
Quickly build rapport with skeptical or unaware prospects
Ask probing qualification questions including:
Acreage / square footage
Existing tenants / occupancy
Lease terms, length & rates
Current revenue potential
Document conversations, notes, and lead status within CRM
Schedule follow-ups and nurture cold leads into warm opportunities
Collaborate with the acquisitions & brokerage team to advance viable leads
1+ years of relevant sales experience in cold calling, BDR/SDR or lead qualification.
Confident speaking with U.S. property owners over the phone
Comfortable handling objections and rejection professionally
Motivated by volume metrics, commissions & performance KPIs
Organized, proactive, and disciplined in follow-up
Strong written and spoken English
Long-term mindset—open to growing into senior roles
Preferred:
Experience in U.S. real estate or industrial/land acquisitions
