Predictive Maintenance Specialist

Predictive Maintenance Specialist Move client maintenance teams from fixed schedules to condition-based work driven by real-time machine health data.

What you'll do
• Set up condition monitoring routes, alarm thresholds and asset criticality rankings
• Interpret vibration, thermal, ultrasound and oil analysis data alongside AI anomaly alerts
• Link alerts to work orders in the client's CMMS/EAM
• Coach in-house maintenance techs on predictive workflows and digital twin dashboards
• Track and report avoided downtime and maintenance cost changes Requirements
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability, 2+ in predictive/condition monitoring
• Vibration Analyst Category II (ISO 18436) or equivalent
• Experience with a CMMS/EAM such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo or Fiix
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment Nice to have: CMRP certification, infrared thermography Level I/II, experience with Augury, SKF, Emerson AMS or similar platforms.
