We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team and oversee critical administrative functions. Job Overview: The Administrative Manager will manage and streamline administrative operations across our multinational group. This role involves ensuring efficient invoice clearing between companies, providing necessary materials for accounting tasks, tracking inter-company invoicing and payments, and managing company payments and bank accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Clearing: Oversee the clearing of invoices between group companies, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Accounting Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external accountants to provide necessary materials for accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Inter-Company Invoicing: Track and manage inter-company invoicing, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Payment Management: Oversee the management of payments, including the processing of supplier payments and employee reimbursements.
• Bank Account Management: Manage the company's accounts, ensuring optimal cash flow management and accurate record-keeping.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on administrative and financial activities to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and international standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or financial role, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of inter-company invoicing and payment processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
