My First Job in IT
TCS offers candidates from Information Technology–related fields the opportunity to begin their professional careers at the leading IT services company in Uruguay through its First Employment Program in IT.
This 4 month, part time program (4 hours per day) provides new associates with foundational training in key technology areas, immersion in IT processes and methodologies, development of competencies and soft skills, case studies, and integration into company projects.
Depending on your previous knowledge and interests, content may include: Python Essentials, Data Science, Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentforce, Apex Development, software automation and more
The program is on‑site at our Montevideo offices. Participants will receive support from an assigned Tutor, technical experts, and access to TCS and Partner training platforms.
Educational & Technical Requirements
Advanced students of university programs related to Information Technology
(e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analyst, IT Technologist, Programming Analyst).
Strong knowledge of at least 2 of the following
skills:
object oriented programming, systems design, data bases & SQL, debugging and problem solving Fluent English proficiency. Tata Consultancy Services is an equal opportunity employer.
