Main Objective of the Position:

Perform control, recording, and accounting of financial operations for the Americas companies.

 

 

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure accurate master data by comparing contracts in SAP with closed contracts from banks.
  • Execute transaction runs to record operations and review resulting accounting records.
  • Present and coordinate meetings with various teams to explain Treasury processes.
  • Perform month-end closing for financial operations, analyzing and adjusting accounting deviations as necessary.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries regarding Treasury operations from different areas.
  • Reconcile financial operations with banks on a quarterly basis, taking appropriate actions in case of deviations with the bank or Front office.
  • Process payments for financial operations as required.
  • Prepare and analyze information for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits, actively participating in meetings with auditors to explain processes and controls.
  • Contribute to the preparation, completion, and analysis of quarterly and annual notes for companies A, B, C, D, or E.
  • Support and implement Treasury tasks in small and medium-sized projects, collaborating with project focal points.

 

 

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

  • Education | Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Work Experience | 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Languages | Fluency in Portuguese and English is required for the position. 
  • Soft Skills | Effective communication, teamwork, analytical thinking and proactive approach.
