En Kaizen Softworks seguimos creciendo y estamos buscando un Senior QA Automation para formar parte de nuestro equipo

Kaizen nació en 2014 fruto de la idea de dos desarrolladores que volcaron toda su experiencia para brindar soluciones de calidad alineadas a las necesidades de los clientes y el mercado. En la actualidad contamos con un equipo de más de 70 personas trabajando en un entorno de metodologías ágiles, colaborativo y autogestionado donde la mejora continua es el gran motor. Los proyectos en los que trabajamos son diversos y de diferentes industrias como e-commerce, IoT, logística, fitness, insurance, turismo, y más.

Esta propuesta en concreto es para trabajar en un proyecto de una empresa americana con headquarters en la ciudad de Boston, líderes en soluciones altamente escalables de loT para la industria alimentaria, logística y farmacéutica. Su propuesta de valor permite a clientes como la NASA, Coca Cola, Walgreens, CVS Health y Walmart mejorar su eficiencia operativa, asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y la calidad del producto a través de sensores inalámbricos, checklists en línea y datos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el desarrollo y automatización de pruebas de alta calidad.
  • Gestionar múltiples tareas adaptándose a las prioridades y necesidades del proyecto.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos, contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos.
  • Refactorizar y ampliar frameworks, así como el conjunto de pruebas automatizadas, de acuerdo con las necesidades.
  • Identificar oportunidades para implementar la automatización de pruebas que optimicen la calidad.
  • Desarrollo de scripts empleando herramientas como por ejemplo: Mocha, Pytest, Selenium.
  • Fomentar buenas prácticas de desarrollo mediante la gestión de versiones de código, ofreciendo comentarios constructivos para potenciar las habilidades del equipo.
  • Brindar apoyo y mentoría a los miembros del equipo en la resolución de problemas técnicos y fomentar la colaboración efectiva asegurando el éxito en los objetivos comunes y los estándares de calidad.

Requirements

Requisitos excluyentes:

    • Nivel de inglés avanzado.
    • +4 años de experiencia en testing.
    • +2 años de experiencia en pruebas automatizadas, depuración y scripting de escenarios de prueba complejos.
    • Experiencia con herramientas para la automatización de pruebas UI y API, con la capacidad de construir, ejecutar y mantenerlas. 
    • Conocimiento de las pruebas E2E, abarcando el diseño, pruebas basadas en datos y técnicas de optimización.
    • Experiencia en control de versiones con GIT.
    • Experiencia en integración de pruebas automatizadas en pipelines de CI/CD, como Jenkins y herramientas de gestión como JIRA. 
    • Habilidad para crear planes de prueba, casos de prueba e informes claros prestando atención al detalle.
    • Experiencia en frameworks de automatización con algún lenguaje de programación preferentemente TypeScript, JavaScript o Python.

  • Nice to have: 
    • Experiencia liderando equipos remotos y multifuncionales, definiendo estándares de calidad y colaborando en la resolución de problemas.
    • Conocimientos sólidos en SQL.
    • Conocimientos en TypeScript/JavaScript y/o Python.
    • Familiaridad con pruebas automatizadas en dispositivos móviles
    • Comprensión de métricas de QA y su implementación.
