About the Job:
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to transform business challenges into actionable Data Science solutions, evaluating different strategies and their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Engage with practice leaders to gather stakeholder feedback, align on approaches, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Join our global Data Science team to develop AI solutions for customers using cutting-edge Machine Learning techniques and tools.
  • Establish and manage efficient data pipelines within clients' frameworks, working with diverse data sources using SQL, spark, and Cloud big data tech.
  • Aggregate complex data sets from internal and external sources to meet business needs.
  • Construct analytical tools to offer insights on customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct data cleaning, quality checks, and integration from various sources on the Advanced Data Science Platform.
  • Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and summarize key insights for decision-making.
  • Develop and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms, documenting outcomes for client deliverables.
  • Support clients in implementing models and algorithms within their infrastructure.
Qualifications:
  • MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Over 3 years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization.
  • Expertise in manipulating model parameters for text generation.
  • Proficient in RAG models
  • Knowledge of languages like Python, R, SAS for Advanced Data Science applications.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models and working with SQL, relational databases, and big data frameworks like Hadoop and Hive.
  • Familiarity with spark and data frames in PySpark or Scala.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present data effectively.
  • Comfortable with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Optimizely is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI is essential.
Language Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English skills for effective communication.
