Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Project manager for a GTM APU Sales program. This role will require engagement across APU, including ARG & UY Sales Teams, HR, Finance and Change & Comms. Their main activities will be coordinating project management activities for GTM projects: defining and tracking work planning milestone/activities, facilitate stakeholder management, risk management, managing project governance, issues reporting, managing design methodology, identifying dependencies, generation and monitoring of GTMS KPIs (VPO, WRA, DROP, effectivity), Finance KPIs, and others. Develop optimization plans in market performance and ARG & UY Cost To Serve (CTS). Lead the stage of the Pre-Design and Maintenance process of DTS ARG & UY reengineering. Development and Maintenance of the Customer base for UY distributors. Being a service and support area for the Sales team + JUNTOS + Sales Planning + Revenue in the monitoring, measurement and control of KPIs of the 3PD SOCO retail channel. Develop Productivity plans for the Sales area. Analysis and operational implementation of an optimal service model for the DTS channel The optimal candidate will have at least one year experience in project management, transformational projects or change management programs either internally within PepsiCo.

Your Impact

As Analista GTM, LatAm, your scope would consist of:

Monitoring KPIs and Reporting for the DTS/OT/SWHO/On Premise channel. (Gross Sales, %Efficiency, % Fulfillment, % Customers with purchase; Vtas kg,$, units; Growth Vs Previous years) ARG & UY Leadership in developments for the implementation of platforms designed for horizontal and vertical increase. Ex: Mi Negocio, interactive censuses in real time, etc. Visit to distributors to follow up on implemented projects. Owner of the maintenance stage of reengineering for UY distributors. Routing and Redesign of Attention Mosaics for the DTS/OT/SWHO/On Premise ARG & UY channel Adjust/Balance Frequency of visits on engineering prepared for the DTS UY channel. KPIs Monitoring and Report Generation for the DTS channel. (% Efficiency, % Compliance, % Customers with purchase; Sales kg, $, units) UY Manage the different workstreams and regions in scope (ARG & UY), so they are delivering as per plan. Creation of master base for distributor channel from the GTM UY side. Development of optimization projects for DTS UY channel Monitoring and sending management reports to Supervisors. (Brands Coverage%, CCC, etc.) ARG & UY Monitoring and recommendations for improvement of CTS (Cost To Serve) of the DTS UY channel Consulting to JUNTOS Distributors for area development Maintenance of the customer database through the use of Information Technology. Ex: Census of Exhibitors/App vendors DTS UY. Management deliverables for the program including define project workplans/milestones, timelines, project charter, project risk and issue log, document change management and lessons learned. Ensures project is delivered on time, within budget and with measurable quality results and impacts that will have in the company (Productivity of the project and incremental profits & SOM. Support GTM Design Leader as a liaison with local transformation teams to facilitate project agenda and stakeholder management Creation of service standards for DTS UY channel resources. Monitoring and review of the cost structure of the DTS UY Routes. Monitoring the evolution of the client portfolio and sales areas detecting growth opportunities (Routes, frequency, etc) UY. Collaboration in setting objectives for DTS UY routes. Development and monitoring of key reports that measure performance for DTS channels (growth vs. previous years, Coverage, Volume, Gross Sales, etc.) Leadership and monitoring of the high recertification process and elimination of access to the ERP platform. Ex: Gescom/Axum Process leadership / improvement projects for the sales force. Ex: Fiori/Green Mile/Horizon/Gescom/AXUM In charge of directing semi-annual time and movement measurements at the DTS UY country level. Market release to contribute to the work of the supervisor from the GTM side. Strategic vision of UY distributor service model. Guide and manage the commitments and control of all the agreements defined in AOP. Based on process that are involved in it, Forecast , S&OP and demand planning. Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience Required:

English level required: Medium (written & verbal skills) due to the interaction with Global Groups Bachelor's in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions. Software Experience: Need to manage office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Power International travel Availability to within SOCO countries. Knowledge in PMI and/ or Agile – Scrum methodology (desirable). Finance skills, FP&A, budget control and administration , ROI and all the finance ́s insight envolved.

Key Skills:

Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with mid and senior level management. Proactividad e ímpetu por la mejora continua. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment Strong project management skills; track and record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, gained in PepsiCo or similar corporate or as an external consultant Basic knowledge of Distribution and logistics (Not exclusive). Ability to manage priorities. Trained in LSS/Kaizen (desirable) Desirable work experience in mass consumption-Not exclusive.
