We are looking for a Payroll Assistant who wants to continue reimagining the future of technology with us by delivering excellent quality work while, at the same time, keep on growing as a professional and being an extraordinary teammate within a people oriented environment because for us, at the core, is all about the people

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining employee files and database up to date.
  • Managing new hire and leaver processes.
  • Answering general questions on employment guidelines, benefits, and department policies.
  • Assisting with the implementation and tracking of company health and safety policies.
  • Assisting in ensuring the Company remains legally compliant at all times.
  • Taking part of the monthly audit process

Qualifications and Experience:

Mandatory Skill:

  • Business Administration or Labor Relations graduate or advanced student
  • Solid knowledge of Labor Law
  • Payroll practices experience or knowledge
  • At least 1 year in similar roles
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
