OBJECTIVES
By this position you'll be key to build the relationships that help grow our business in existing markets and beyond.
You ́ll define the strategy and tactics needed to improve and develop sales across 18 markets in Latam, guaranteeing the most suitable processes, their KPIs and quality standards for enablement.
You ́ll be responsible of taking sales teams to the next level by detecting and bridging existing gaps to improve the business development skills of the company's business unit sales teams.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining training materials for all our Business Units in 18 markets in Latam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fully understand the sales processes of each BU as well as each of the company's products to coordinate regional sales teams and implement the necessary processes.
- Define metrics, processes and tactics for Sales Enablement that ensure that business objectives are met.
- Work with regional and local leads internally to strengthen and drive revenue.
- Build and manage resource hubs where all Sales Executives can access process documentation and sales collateral.
- Collaborate closely with Managing Partners to assess knowledge needs and provide access to information and tools.
- Identify best practices across Sales Executives, and translate these into learning materials and courses.
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps across Sales Teams, and build programs to solve for them.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in sales, program management, training or digital media.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising industry, including programmatic.
- A passion for helping people improve and perform
- Experience building and maintaining information hubs
- A successful track record of developing internal relationships with learners, managers, and sales executives.
- Expert presentation or facilitation skills.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, in different markets and on different timelines.
- Have the ability to see the big picture and to work with sales staff in a productive and constructive way.
- Strong planning and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze sales.
- Proficient Microsoft office/ Google Drive tools
- Fluent in English is a huge plus.
