Our Cool Opportunity

We're on the lookout for an awesome Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our wicked team. Your role will be to push for continuous improvement and offer support in performance management within the Area CX & Execution for different business segments (Ocean, SCM, 4PL, LCL, Landside, or Customs). This means you'll be in charge of organizing and overseeing project prioritization, as well as making sure the teams are good to go to support CX Leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing global standards within local CX & Execution teams, including handling change management
  • Challenge current standardization practices that don't boost customer quality, efficiency, or our digital agenda
  • Support the Area CX Manager in creating additional local benchmarks to match the global KPIs and ensure performance management processes are set up and followed within CX & Execution teams
  • Coordinate and review all activities related to functional excellence within the Area, and come up with change management tactics to guarantee successful implementation and acceptance of changes
  • Promote a mindset focused on continuous improvement within the CX & Execution teams by collaborating with GSC Supporting teams and implementing LEAN techniques/tools
  • Identify any existing process or CX & Execution gaps and suggest solutions to enhance CX & Execution results within the assigned business area
  • Collaborate on or facilitate TIP with measurable cost or effort savings, or improvements in 'Customer-felt KPIs in Ocean or L&S Execution'

Who We're After

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 2 years in logistics/supply chain/operations/project management
  • Operational experience is a plus
  • Language: Advanced English skills
  • Black Belt certification is a nice-to-have
