Under general supervision, the Cash Accountant will be responsible for cash accounting at Sabre. The employee will be a member of a team responsible for the review, research, validation, and issue resolution activities related to company bank accounts. The position will ensure that all depository/disbursement activity is accounted for with corresponding transactional activity to the appropriate subledger or general ledger accounts through the utilization of standard, audit approved processes and controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Research and resolve reconciling items in timely and accurate manner. Conduct root cause analysis as appropriate to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Research and resolve returned items. Post adjustments as needed.
- Research and resolve unapplied deposits/disbursement returns
- Perform Monthly Reconciliations
- Perform other duties as required, including special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Required:

- Minimum 2 years related experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Very good command of English - oral and written
- Ability to participate in meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment requiring critical thinking and strong analytical skills.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
