**What’s the opportunity?**
- The Product Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing, will champion the marketing strategy for a product launch by defining our target audiences and by hitting pre-established KPIs. You will simplify our communication by doing materials that will be relevant to increase awareness of our company and helping position our products._
**What will I be doing?**:
- Develop User and buyer personas.
- Research the market to put together a strategy for each region including what is being offered by competitors, industry specifications, and opportunities to take advantage of trends or voids in the market.
- Create alongside the rest of the marketing materials that highlight product features and benefits.
- Be the bridge between Product and Sales to prepare the team to better articulate the products' benefits for merchants.
- Develop a Marketing go-to-market strategy defining and implementing what is relevant to each region.
- Work alongside with Product to define goals and metrics for the product launch.
- Translate the product strategic objectives into a message designed to resonate with our goals
- Assist Marketing to develop product and industry-related content that is relevant to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
- Lead the coordination with Product and Communication to make sure all of our products are being flawlessly positioned among all of our internal and external stakeholders.
**What skills do I need?**:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related fields.
- 3+ years of related experience working with software products
- 8+ years of experience with Marketing.
- Experience and knowledge of the FinTech and payments industry is a plus.
- Highly able to envision a plan puzzling together the small pieces looking for future outcomes.
- Creative thinker and demonstrated the ability to innovate and stand out in crowded markets.
- Exceptional storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic design skills
- Understands which KPI to prioritize and measure the performance and effectiveness of the plans.
- Empathic. Can put yourself in others’ shoes to understand their needs before jumping into a solution.
- Ability to work across and build relationships with multiple teams
- Ability to work remotely and to adapt to changing work environments.
- A true team player who is keen to work in a diverse group and can influence others towards a goal.
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
